Christina leads Career Services and Work-Based Learning initiatives that prepare students and alumni for successful entry into the workforce. She provides career counseling, coordinates employability skills training, and oversees internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and career events. Christina also works closely with K–12, business, industry, government, and education partners to expand career pathways and work-based learning opportunities. |
Anna leads workforce initiatives within Wallace State’s Center for Career and Workforce Development. She oversees the development and coordination of workforce training programs aligned with regional industry needs while building partnerships that expand access to training and connect participants to in-demand careers. |

Ashley coordinates Skills for Success workforce training programs and supports students throughout their training experience. She assists with instructor scheduling, skills lab logistics, and student progression while serving as a key connection point between students, instructors, and employers to support successful training outcomes. |
Jessica serves as the Secretary for the Center for Career and Workforce Development and supports the daily operations of the department. She manages communication, scheduling, and administrative processes while assisting the team with workforce training, career services, and partnership initiatives to ensure programs and events run smoothly. |
Simone supports business and industry partnerships while coordinating customized workforce training programs. She manages tuition waivers, partnership engagement, and daily Workforce Training Center operations to ensure efficient program delivery and strong collaboration with employers. |

![]() Leslie Holland Leslie serves as the Workforce Navigator for the Center for Career and Workforce Development, guiding individuals as they explore, enroll in, and complete workforce training programs. She provides personalized support by answering questions, helping participants identify the right training pathway, and connecting them with resources that support their success. |
Sydney serves as a Certification Instructor supporting Workforce Development and Adult Education programs. She provides hands-on instruction in drafting, design, and industry-recognized certification programs that prepare learners for employment and career advancement. |

She coordinates healthcare workforce training programs, manages student documentation and compliance requirements, and works with instructors and healthcare partners to support successful training outcomes. |

Kit coordinates apprenticeship and work-based learning programs in partnership with students, employers, and Wallace State. Her role includes outreach, record management, event coordination, and support for initiatives such as nursing apprenticeships, FAME, and TITAN. |
Adam supports students with career exploration and preparation for life after graduation. He assists with resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and collaborates with K–12 partners to help students build the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce or continue their education. |
Lydia supports students as they prepare to enter the workforce through career development and work-based learning opportunities. She provides career counseling, employability skills training, and coordinates internships, apprenticeships, and career events in partnership with faculty, staff, employers, and community organizations. |
